                                      Returns and cancellations
*ALL SALES ARE FINAL.*
Due to the nature of the products there are absolutely no refunds. Hair extensions can't be resold after being handled or worn. Please double check your order before submitting.   *Please follow the measurement instructions to ensure they are correct. 
*Returns are ONLY accepted due to receiving wrong items.
*You may cancel a order within 24 hours of original order. There will be a $15 cancellation fee

                                                Processing time
Extensions: To provide you with the best Sahara styles experience,  please allow 3-5 business days for the extensions to be inspected.
Units: To provide you with the best Sahara styles experience,  please allow up to 7-10 business days for the extensions to be inspected, colored(if requested), and the unit to be made. Custom units take time and can't be rushed.
                                                      Shipping
We can't ship to P.O boxes. You may contact USPS to hold your package if necessary.
After the processing time you will receive a tracking number via the email address you provided.
All packages are shipped via USPS Priority mail. Per UPSP delivery tine is 1-3 business days.
Tracking history should be updated within 24 hours after receiving tracking number.
Billing and shipping address must match for all items over $75 and signature will be required.
                                             Lost/Stolen packages
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Refunds/replacements will not be issued. You may contact USPS to hold your package if necessary.
